It is unknown if he was abducted or was a volunteer for David Pilcher, but in Wayward Pines, this man worked as a bartender at Biergarten but secretly worked under David. He kept an eye out for new citizens that just woke up from hibernation and also took part in twisting their mind by giving them false information or telling them something wasn't true. It is also unknown if he meet his wife in his life before or meet her in Wayward Pines.
